First of all I want to introduce myself as this is my first blog that I made, I Charles Julian Randel F. Banaag, living in Camella - Tierra Nevada in the city of General Trias barangay San Francisco.

Have you ever been into a subdivision where everything you need is everywhere? A convenient place to live it is. Where complete with homes, amenities and modern facilities will be seen in our subdivision. A perfect choice for those people who need to commute in their daily work and wanted to stay in a first-class component city in Cavite.

Lucky I am that my parents chose this place, as we have no problems with floods. Floods in here is not an issue as we are situated in a high elevation place. I can go everywhere without a hassle because our estate is close to schools, commercial, business centers, and hospitals, and we’re within the vicinity of major malls and shopping centers. But the only problem in our subdivision is that anyone can enter without hassle even if you don’t have a car sticker. That’s why unlawful act becomes higher in here. I’ve met numerous people who do crime in our place, that’s why I know unlawful doings that are run the subdivision.

Living in this place and the awesome experience that I gained in my 17 years life living here, is a big part of my life that changed my perspective in life. I could say that this had been a life fulfillment for me as I have met good friends, and been in a good place to live.
